The Live Life Fit Standard

Since our re-opening in June, the Live Life Fit team has been forward-focused, proactively taking precautionary and preventive measures that exceeded government guidelines. We are committed to maintaining these high standards to ensure the safety of the entire LLF community.

The protocols we now have in place due to COVID, build on our already high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.


In addition to our existing cleaning protocols, we are taking additional steps for the cleaning & disinfection of workout stations and equipment between sessions. We are asking all our LLF staff and members to support these stringent cleaning protocols.


Medical-grade, Health Canada registered disinfectants will be used for all cleaning processes. All cleaning solutions, used by both staff and cleaning contractors, will be disinfectant, and we will be using state-of-the-art technology such as electrostatic handheld sprayers to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized regularly.


Hours of operation and the class schedules will be adjusted to allow for cleaning between sessions.


All staff and members will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry, and there will be stations throughout the facility for use at any point.


Members will be required to use disinfectant on all equipment in their workout station before and after their session. Each workout station will have it’s own supply of Health Canada approved disinfectant & cloth. Disinfectant wipes will also be available at other areas in the facility.


All members will be required to make a mandatory Health Declaration workout via class registration to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms. Any members who have travelled outside of Canada will not be permitted to entry until AFTER they have self-isolated for a minimum of 2 weeks upon return.


All staff and members will have body temperatures taken prior to our circuit classes via a touchless thermometer. Any member with a body temperature greater than 38 degrees will not be permitted entry for that day.


Members will be required to notify Live Life Fit via email or phone, if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last facility visit. This information is required so that we can contact all potentially exposed persons if there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 at our facility. Member identities will be kept confidential in all notifications and communications.


To ensure safe distancing and other safety protocols we will be limiting class sizes. Members will be required to book each session in advance using the Client Pike13 App. Class capacity will be limited and strictly adhered to, with a waitlist being open for all classes to backfill cancellations. A no-show fee of $25 will be charged to all members who don’t cancel a minimum of 12-hours prior to their scheduled class time.


Staff and members will be required to wear them at all times that physical distancing is not possible. Members are welcome to remove their masks once they are safely in their pods and for the duration of the workout. Once the workout is over, we ask that you wear your masks to leave the building.


Booking into a class with the Pike13 Client App will allow for the contactless check-in of members.


Members and staff are required to adhere to all signs and floor markings throughout the facility to ensure proper physical distancing. We ask that you stay within your individual pod while working out to ensure safe distancing.


Members will be able to access the facility 10 minutes before session start times and will be required to leave the facility 5 minutes after conclusion of their session. Members and staff will be required to use hand sanitizer before entering the facility. The gym will be closed and unavailable for use between sessions to allow for appropriate cleaning and disinfection of the facility and workout stations.


Our washrooms are available for use during class times.
