Cécile de Bretan

From the time I was 12 years old, I always knew I wanted to help people. I spent the last 33 years in the funeral industry caring for people who were going through the worst times of their lives.

In 2007, I was introduced to Crossfit and that’s when my passion for exercise truly came alive. From 2011-2015, I had the opportunity to co-own Crossfit Select in Mississauga. I loved being able to inspire and help beginners embrace the community.

In 2016, I decided to retire from the funeral industry and move to Collingwood with my husband Bruce and two dogs. Unsure of what my future held, I knew that I needed to help people in some capacity. I decided to pursue a career in personal training. My passion is helping people believe that regardless of their age, fitness level or abilities, they CAN be active and healthy.  For the past 18 months, I had the privilege of helping many men and women embrace fitness at all levels and now I look forward to helping those in the Town of the Blue Mountains, Meaford and Thornbury.

Bruce Young

Bruce’s passion in life is helping people. As a business and life coach, Bruce helps individuals meet their goals through one on one coaching. Whether you need help with fitness, business, personal goals, he takes you through his goal-achieving program to help you meet your full potential.

Pursing his own goals and dreams, Bruce made it to the 2015 & 2019 CrossFit Games becoming the 5th fittest  55-59 year old male in the world. He has now decided to turn his attention on helping others at Live Life Fit become the best version of themselves.

Meghan Loney

Meghan joined us as a LLF trainer shortly after becoming a member. Her enthusiasm and commitment to helping others reach their potential was glaring from the moment she walked through our doors. She shows up to every class she teaches with energy and will quickly become your biggest cheerleader!

Chris Harrington

Chris recently joined our team to offer our members a more advanced class focusing on lifting heavier weights and other functional skills. Chris’s patience and understanding of lifting techniques has flowed over into our circuit classes.

Melissa Bailey

Melissa joined the LLF team this past October. Her passion lies in all things core and glute strength related. After living for years with back pain caused by severe scoliosis, she decided to learn everything she could about strengthening the core muscle groups and activating the gluteal muscles to aid in diminishing her lower back pain. She found relief through the practice of BARRE as well as Pilates inspired movements. Her classes focus on these specific muscle groups and offer modifications tailored to each members specific issue/injury.

Kara Davison

Kara is passionate about all things health + wellness! She is a Homeopathic Practitioner, Nutritionist and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Her classes are slow, gentle, and infused with Yin style Yoga. She utilizes a variety of props and brings in mindfulness as she guides you though the body, allowing you to release all tension.
