Memberships

This membership allows you to attend as many in person and virtual classes you wish for a 30 day period. Your membership will be automatically renewed 30 days from the date of your first enrollment allowing you to book and attend classes without interruption. You are agreeing to a 12 month membership and you should you wish to cancel, you will be required to pay a $75.00 cancellation fee. We understand that many of our members travel, therefore you are able to put your membership on hold for up to 3 months within the year.

This membership is for those who may not be able to commit to 12 months of continuous membership. You are still able to attend as many in person and virtual classes as you wish for a 30 day period. You will be notified when your membership is about to expire and it will be your responsibility to purchase a new month online should you wish to continue.

We offer 10 & 20 class passes for those who aren’t full time residents of Blue Mountain or Wasaga Beach or for those who don’t think that they can make class on a regular basis.

Throughout the year, we offer 4-6 week bootcamp programs that are run twice a week. These programs offer a variety of exercises from plyometerics, conditioning, strength training and cardio. Every movement can be scaled or modified to allow everyone in on the fun! We will also offer low impact options when required.

F.A.Q.

I have bad knees and other restrictions and limitations. Can I still do one of your classes?

Yes! Our goal is to get people moving. We can scale or modify any of our movements to help target the same area of muscles.

Do I need to lose weight before I workout?

Although you may feel this way, working out is a perfect way to start to feel better. Once you start to move your body, you will naturally want to choose healthier food so that you don’t ruin all your hard work.

We have a group of people who would like to do a private workout in our backyard. Do you offer this service?

Yes, over the years, we have had the pleasure of doing private family workouts in their backyard or in the gym. We also do bachelorette and bachelor parties as well.

Do you have gym hours when I can just come in and do my own workout?

We do not have a drop in gym. Instead, we offer a class-based format which is frequently changed to enable you to achieve your goals and meet your full potential. Our members tell us that working out in a group-based environment inspires them to reach beyond their self limitations.
