I have bad knees and other restrictions and limitations. Can I still do one of your classes?

Yes! Our goal is to get people moving. We can scale or modify any of our movements to help target the same area of muscles.

Do I need to lose weight before I workout?

Although you may feel this way, working out is a perfect way to start to feel better. Once you start to move your body, you will naturally want to choose healthier food so that you don’t ruin all your hard work.

We have a group of people who would like to do a private workout in our backyard. Do you offer this service?

Yes, over the years, we have had the pleasure of doing private family workouts in their backyard or in the gym. We also do bachelorette and bachelor parties as well.

Do you have gym hours when I can just come in and do my own workout?

We believe in a strong community based environment and offer classes where we can inspire one another to achieve their goals and meet their full potential.

We do not offer open gym times where you can come in and workout on your own. We are a class based gym offering private & semi-private training only.
