In the first 30 mins of class we will move through a circuit of exercises that are specific to developing more power, speed and strength in the golf swing. The exercises in the second 30 mins will focus on increasing the range of motion and flexibility in the body to allow for a more supple, full and spacious swing. And for the final 15 minutes, you will be guided through a meditation/focus exercise that is designed to calm the nervous system in times of stress and pressure so you can learn to play with more clarity and ease.
