With a mix of strength, mobility, endurance, and cardio, you'll move through stations targeting different muscle groups and energy systems. Core Fit

This Pilates class focuses on controlled, precise movements designed to strengthen and lengthen your body, with an emphasis on the core and glutes. Through a series of mat exercises, you'll improve posture, flexibility, and overall strength, all while targeting key areas for toning and stability. Perfect for building a strong, sculpted foundation with low-impact, high-effective moves!

HIIT

HIIT

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class features short bursts of cardio exercises designed to elevate your heart rate, followed by recovery periods to catch your breath. Each interval challenges your stamina, while the rest periods allow you to recover before diving back in. Low-impact alternatives are always provided, ensuring that all fitness levels can participate and push themselves at their own pace. Due to the advanced nature of the exercises, participants must complete a mandatory on-boarding session before attending.

This unique workout lets you work at your own pace with your choice of weights, all within a supportive class environment. Designed to challenge and empower, it combines strength, endurance, and the option of low to high-impact cardio. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class is adaptable to any fitness level, ensuring that everyone can build power and confidence while pushing their limits.

Power Hour

This class takes it up a notch with strength training, cardio, and sweat. You will leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on your weekend. This class, considered the most intense one of the week, is a great way to start your weekend. Every Saturday class will be different. AMRAP’S, chippers, EMOM’s….. Show up for class and be surprised.

HYROX

Prepare for the ultimate fitness challenge with our HYROX training class, designed to get you race-ready for the Fitness Race for Everybody. This class incorporates all the key movements of the event. Even if you're not planning to race, you can still join to work on improving your endurance and strength in a supportive, high-intensity environment.

This class focuses on restoring your body through a combination of stretching, joint mobility exercises, and foam rolling. Incorporating gentle yoga on your mat, it helps increase flexibility, reduce tension, and improve overall mobility. Set in a calm, inviting environment, it’s the perfect way to unwind, recover, and nurture your body after intense training or long days.
