Are you a golfer who has trouble getting full rotation on your golf swing?

Bruce is a certified Titleist Performance Institute level one Fitness Professional who can help increase your club head speed as well as endurance for a full round of golf.

This 6 week program includes:

  • 6 one-hour sessions
  • Week one; initial assessment
  • Weeks two through five; Focus on increasing strength & mobility
  • Week six; re-assessment
  • Weekly at-home exercises
