Golf – Mind, Strength & Mobility Program

Are you a golfer who has trouble staying focused on the course? Does your game fall apart after playing a bad hole? Do you fill your head with negative thoughts when playing with someone you feel is better than you?

Are you lacking full rotation on your golf swing? Do you need to work on stretching & mobility but not sure where to start? How’s your strength? Many golfers lack strength in the areas that will help them increase their drive and ability to walk a full 18 hole course.

This 4 week, 8 session program will help you alter your thinking and allow you to refocus on your game when you’d rather quit or give up. Learning warm up mobility prior to your round and ways to continue to gain flexibility on and off the course. You will be taught golf specific strengthening exercises that you are able to do at home throughout your golf season.

Bruce is a certified Titleist Performance Institute level one Fitness Professional who can help increase your club head speed as well as endurance for a full round of golf.

This 4 week program includes:

  • 8 – 75 minute sessions
  • Week one; initial assessment
  • Weeks two through four; Focus on increasing mindset, strength & mobility
  • Week four; re-assessment
  • Weekly at-home exercises
