Welcome to Live Life Fit!
Congratulations on taking the first steps towards a healthier you.

 

From the moment you walk through our doors, we want your fitness experience at Live Life Fit to be inspiring and motivating. We understand that for some people, taking this first step towards a healthier you may be intimidating and stressful so we want to make sure our coaches do what we can to ensure you feel comfortable and prepared to enter any of our classes.

To help you begin your 2023 fitness journey at Live Life Fit, we are offering for the month of January a special Welcome Package for $140.00 (+ HST). This no commitment package will give you 30 days of unlimited classes, a complimentary nutirition or fitness consulation to help you work towards your goals and a free T-Shirt. 

Regardless of your fitness level or abilities, our coaches will help you learn movements, modifications, proper form and technique in a fun, encouraging atmosphere.

We also offer private one on one personal training sessions for those who feel more comfortable learning on their own before starting our classes.

Wasaga Beach Circuit Class
Circuit

Our circuit classes are a combination of strength training and cardio achieved through functional fitness. These classes are an excellent way of ensuring increasing your strength, endurance and muscle growth. Each class consists of 16 stations that include free weights, kettlebells, battleropes etc. with rest in between. From beginner to advance, this circuit can be modified to each member.

LIFT - WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS

We focus solely on strengthening our entire body. Slow, controlled and focussed movements, intensely working our targeted muscle groups. No cardio.

MetCon

Short for metabolic conditioning, metcon describes a type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During a metcon workout, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time. You will work at your own pace. We will incorporate longer chipper workouts, AMRAP style and EMOM type workouts. You will have the option of using a barbell if you are familiar with the movements or you may choose to use dumbbells or a mix of both. The workout will be approx. 40 minutes in length leaving time for a warmup, demo of the movements and a cooldown.

Raise The Bar

The class focus changes from week to week to target different muscle groups or to learn a  particular skill. This class will focus on strength using barbells and then finish with a metcon including pull ups, toes to bar and other functional movements. If you are new to lifting heavy weights, we recommend that you book a series of private sessions with a trainer prior to attending this class.

Power Hour

Power Hour is a fun, high energy, fast-paced class that changes week to week. Focusing on total body conditioning, this workout is designed to make you sweat. Every workout will be a surprise until you walk in the gym!

HIIT 50

This 50 minute HIIT class is quick, intense and will keep your heart rate up the whole time. Lots of cardio and full body strength. There’s no stopping once we start!

MY BEST IN 2023

COMING SOON!!!

Join us for a 60 min. stretch & mobility class. This restorative class guides you through a series of gentle stretches and is the perfect compliment to your fitness routine. We will work on increasing your blood circulation, muscle flexibility and recovery.

 

BOOTCAMP

This low impact class will focus on core stability, building muscle strength that we need as we age, stamina, balance and just the right amount of cardio to get your heart pumping.

We will scale or modify any movement necessary to allow you the most safe and effect workout.
