Youth Strength and Conditioning

A comprehensive 60-minute program that is designed for athletes of all sports or youth with no sport affiliation, who wish to participate in strength & conditioning.

We believe in the importance of not only conditioning the body and getting it strong, but we also believe that building a positive mindset and teaching our youth the power of believing in themselves is equally important.

The first 30 minutes of the workout is spent on movement and power which includes an active warm up, linear and lateral speed development, power development, quickness, plyometrics (jumping), and core strengthening. The second part of the workout is dedicated to explosive power and strength, increasing overall body strength and various forms of conditioning.

Throughout this time, we will help in creating mindset activities to help the athletes visualize their goals, teach them tools on how to overcome setbacks and strategies on developing life long positive behaviours when competing.

The workout consists of functionally sound movement and strength training with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic movements have been mastered.

Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork


Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping & Landing Techniques


Functional approach with kettlebells, medicine balls and body weight


Various forms of movement prep and stretching


Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization


Lessons, tips and advice

We record both their beep test and vertical jump results so that we can compare their improvement over time. This will allow them to prepare for their —– testing.
